Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! Each piece we offer is crafted with care, attention to detail, and a focus on quality. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be returned in the original or equivalent protective packaging.

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note:

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Sale items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
