Coming Soon: Fall 2025’s Interior Design Trends Are Surprisingly Bold (and a Little Fuzzy)
Let’s just say this: Fall 2025 isn’t playing it safe.
After several years of creamy tones and quiet minimalism, things are about to get deeper, louder, and more emotionally charged — and I couldn’t be more ready.
On May 15th, the newest edition of my Interior Design Trend Guide drops, and this season’s forecast is packed with sculptural statements, unapologetic textures, and color stories that don’t whisper. They resonate.
So what’s coming?
- A modern take on monolithic stone furniture that feels more architectural than artisan. Think travertine, cantera, and marble in streamlined forms that could live in a gallery — or your entryway.
- Shaggy Chic, the 70s-fueled, touch-everything texture story that’s all about faux alpaca, vintage fuzz, and furniture that looks like it should be holding a martini.
- Mexican Noire — a moody, richly layered aesthetic that pairs deep shadows with flashes of magenta, cobalt, and copper. Think drama without the velvet rope.
- And yes, there’s a section called Mustard on That Beat because color forecasting doesn’t have to be boring.
As always, the guide isn’t just a lookbook. It’s a working tool — whether you’re sourcing for a new build, developing a product line, or just want to know what’s next (and why it’s next).
The full Fall 2025 Trend Guide launches May 15th, exclusively at forrestgloverdesign.com.
Until then, stay curious, stay slightly ahead, and don’t forget to pin with purpose.
